You have a great deal of knowledge and experience under your belt. Maybe you don’t consider all of this experience “valuable” based on society’s current benchmarks, but it is experience nonetheless. You have a lot to share. And, well, you have so much to draw from that you could run a business in a multitude of areas.
But you don’t know where to start. There are a lot of moving parts to running a business, and it is not for everyone. But, if you are willing, you DO have options for how you would like to make money, and a business in any sector and in any market can be run as a “Heart-Centred Business”. In order to both be happy, and to succeed, you need to take something you enjoy, something you are good at, and execute it in a Heart-Centred way.
You will be surprised at how many options you have for a business. You just need to leverage something you already have experience in. For example, There are people who have made a business out of helping people through divorce. No, they didn’t enjoy their own divorce much, but they do enjoy helping other people through something so challenging because they went through it themselves and knew what it was like. Their business is helping others get “back on their feet”. And they find this very rewarding.
