Laws are Made to be Broken

with No Comments
“Good People do not need laws to tell them how to act responsibly, while “Bad People” will find a way around the laws”   Plato
It’s actually such a simple concept. That those who wish to do good… WILL, regardless of any laws on the books.    And those who wish to do harm can be very creative, and certainly laws are not the impediment.   There are many ways to get around laws when there is enough incentive to do so.
At the end of the day, many laws on the books are bogus, created to stamp out competition or to control behaviour for certain gain for a “very few”.

Laws are Always Administered Unevenly

Those creating the laws understand that the laws do not really apply to them, and just to be sure they like to share the rewards of their “businesses” with those who would be in charge of enforcing the laws.  Neither the lawmakers, their cohorts or their “employees” are ever subject to said laws. Kinda creates a monopoly on certain activities. Gets rid of the competition… in any field.. be it religion, health, or financial matters.

Examples:

Finance – insider trading is rampant in certain circles and even seems to be increasing, yet the Security and Exchange Commission clamps down harder and harder on it in “other circles” and never on the most obvious cases. The most well-known and talked about is all the shorting of airplane stocks prior to 9/11. Funny no-one was prosecuted for that. Or named for that matter.
Religion – Catholic Church used to just go around and kill anyone in opposition. But that was many, many years ago. Over the last several thousand years they have toned that down a bit. But it is still a very wealthy organization that doesn’t appear to have read the 10 commandments when it comes to alter boys and whatnot. Even tho it is imperative that their parishioners abide by these commandments. As an example, their (legal) defence of the astounding number of pedophelia cases is that the children were complicit, or “wanted it” therefore it was not rape.
Health – the current medical system is so out of hand in some cases that many doctors have become merely drug pushers. It’s absolutely insane. The drug companies (via surrogates) actually write the medical textbooks that new budding doctors study from.

The Never-Ending “War on Drugs”

And then of course there is the age-old trade… drugs for weapons… drugs for weapons… over and over for more than 30 years now. Afghanistan now grows a Trillion dollars worth of poppies – (guarded ever so carefully by the US military). The poppies are processed and shipped all over the western world addicting and killing so many. How do you get this amount of drugs into a country? Certainly not through the airplane scanners we sheeple are all subjected to. Those scanners, once again, are simply used to stamp out competition and to make money on the sale of … airport scanners. And the sheeple pay for its installation. Funny that.
This is big business. That is a lot of drugs. Much of it coming in on Diplomatic, – meaning unsearchable because they belong to a diplomat, – shipping containers. And in exchange.. that is a lot of weapons going out the door. I wonder what these guys are going to do with all those weapons? Besides guarding the poppies?

Even When We Know Laws are Made to Constrain, and not to “Free the People”, We Still Find Ourselves Agreeing to Them

Oddly, even tho so many people these days know this is all going on, we still get hoodwinked. Sometimes those who want to make more laws that “herd” us into certain behaviours can make the explanation for these laws seem so reasonable and so compelling that we often go along with them. Sometimes we even beg them to implement them. Funny that.

Even the gun laws. I am not a gun owner nor do I know how to use one nor do I like them all that much. Like really, what is their purpose other than to commit murder? Even if you mask it as a “military operation”…. it’s still murder. But I find it interesting that while so much trade is going on in weaponry abroad and “underground”, that these very same lawmakers want to introduce laws to clamp down on weapons for the “above ground” people. Whose weapons? Not the people they are selling massive amounts of weapons to. One can be assured of that. So in the end you end up with a Tiannamen Square all over again. The general populace completely unarmed, peacefully protesting, simply being rolled over by tanks.

Laws are made to stamp out competition.  How do you exploit this?   You come up with a scheme to make money that breaks a law or two, you bribe a few lawmakers to look the other way while you establish it as a business, and you insist that the lawmakers heavily enforce the laws on the books against everyone else.  This ensures no-one else can enter that market.  Over time certain you are able to set up systems and scale your business such that you have a monopoly in an area – such as Cocaine distribution – but you will also at some point become so large that it gets very expensive to bribe all the judges.  So you lobby the gov’t to remove a law that is on the books ….. giving you a permission slip to continue with your current business, and excusing all that has been done to get you there.

As an example of this, there is a huge push to soften or eliminate the laws against child porn and such. Because “some people” are getting caught and prosecuted for it and it’s damaging their image (think vatican and hollywood to name a few). On one level you shouldn’t need a law to tell you that this is just WRONG behaviour.   This is something we should just know, and we should be able to police ourselves by having more connected communities and looking out for all children better.
But to take away the law against child sex today, before the rampant behaviour is dissolved, does not seem like the best solution.  Before we change any laws, perhaps “We the People” have to stop trusting our kids alone with Priests and Hollywood producers. Which means “we” have to stop valuing salvation and movie stardom over the welfare of our own children. We all have to wake up and see it for what it is. Vote with our feet. And then watch it all disintegrate under its own weight.

Taking a Stance

As for the guns.. well, a place to start is truly taking a stance… NO MORE WARS. No more invading foreign countries just to steal their land, resources, and human capital. For that matter, – no more stealing land at home. The farmers actually won their lawsuit in the 80’s – remember FARM AID? The courts recognized that the land was indeed stolen by underhanded tactics. And even recently there is mounting evidence to suggest the fires in the California vineyards were purposeful. Towns and vineyards were lit on fire right before harvest when all the cash flow for the whole year is based on this moment. This will bankrupt those who do not have access to cash. And they will be forced to eventually sell. At nice low prices. These are real tactics that have been used for a long time but their use is reaching such a grand scale.
 .
As for the Drugs…well, the place to start is not necessarily with more rehab.   The place to start is taking away the incentive to make and sell drugs.   Countries such as afghanistan grow poppies because they want the cash to pay for guns and butter and other resources.   Perhaps if we stopped stealing their resources in the ground they could sell those to pay for rebuilding.  And perhaps the poppy fields could be replanted to grow something the actual heirs to that land want to eat.

Seek Out the Common Good

If the population were to see it as it is, it just wouldn’t be able to happen any more. And we would watch out for each other more instead of all the in-fighting that appears to be going on. (Another tactic- divide and conquer). Yes, this takes time. But each day more and more people are “getting it”.
